LEO'S PAINTING SERVICES company to have chosen to paint the entire interior of my new home. LEO the owner was very personable, professional and a great guy to have working in my home daily for two weeks. Communication and timeliness was fantastic. There were some challenges with the condition of some of the walls and he was great at giving me options and suggestions. I didn't like a color that I had chosen for 3 rooms and he had no problem repainting them for me in a different color. We can't say enough about our experience with Leo and team. We bought a house down the cape and the paint was in terrible shape. Leo came and gave us a reasonable quote and a very thorough remediation plan. His team worked extremely hard (sometimes as many as 8 employees working) to get it done as quickly as possible. He had to push out the completion date a little bit as the project was even more involved than he originally thought, but the finished product was incredible. I was in need of a painter for exterior painting in the middle of November. I had a time frame for the work to be done in order to meet refinancing with the VA. Leo is a lifetime professional painter who does the painting himself in person with his team and does not just send less-experienced painters. They were able to cover a massive amount of 20 feet high interior walls in just 1.5 days. In addition to painting they included fixing damaged spots, screw insert holes/bumps on walls, filling cracks, and going above/beyond what was discussed during the walk-through estimate. My wife and I hired Leo's Painting Services to paint the exterior of our brick house, including trim and some doors . They also painted the garage (hardy board siding) and the garage doors. They were the only painting company in Cape Cod we could find who was willing to bejamim moore products, which is a paint specifically designed for masonry. Leo came out personally for the quote and carefully explained what was in scope and out of scope of the work. His detailed estimate broke everything down, which we really appreciated. When work started a couple months later, the painters were courteous, hardworking, and careful to tape and cover everything not being painted. They also went the extra mile by caulking any gaps or holes they came across. After the work was complete, they went back over everything to look for bare spots, fix any overspray, and even power-washed the walkway. We first used leo painting services and carpentry and crew for house painting 10 years ago. They have always done great work for us at very fair and reasonable prices. Recently, their team has done a lot of work on our 40 year old home (replaced all windows, replaced front door, replaced all of the outdoor wood trim with Azek trim boards, replaced old gutters and downspouts, replaced the rusted/rotted bulkhead door, exterior house wash and painting and some interior painting).
